At Sita Jan Kalyan Samiti, we believe that sustainable livelihood and skill development are the cornerstones of community empowerment. Our programs are designed to equip individuals, especially women, youth, and marginalized groups, with the necessary skills and resources to achieve economic independence and improve their quality of life.

We focus on creating pathways to dignified work, fostering entrepreneurship, and strengthening local economies. Through tailored training and support, we help individuals unlock their potential and build brighter futures for themselves and their families.

Key Program Areas

Our comprehensive approach to livelihood and skill development covers various sectors:

• Vocational Training: Offering courses in trades like tailoring, computer literacy, basic electrical work, handicrafts, and more, based on local market demands.
• Agricultural & Rural Skills: Promoting modern farming techniques, organic farming, livestock management, and value addition to agricultural products.
• Entrepreneurship Development: Providing training in business planning, financial literacy, marketing, and access to micro-financing opportunities.
• Women’s Economic Empowerment: Forming Self-Help Groups (SHGs) to facilitate savings, credit, and collective entrepreneurial ventures.
• Job Placement & Linkages: Connecting skilled individuals with potential employers and market opportunities.
